CHRISTOPHER NYE
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Christopher Nye, along with a group of committed community members, came together to bring the dream of the Harrisonburg Community Health Center to life in January of 2008. Nye served as co-interim director of the Center and became its first full-time Executive Director in September of that year. He has 25 years experience working in health care related organizations including the Virginia Community Healthcare Association (VCHC), Virginia Department of Health (VDH), Virginia Hospital and Healthcare Association (VHHA), the Blue Ridge Area Health Education Center (BRAHEC), and the Institute for Innovation in Health and Human Services (IIHHS) at James Madison University. He holds an affiliate faculty position with the IIHHS. He earned both his Bachelor of Science degree in Health Administration and Masters of Science degree in Health Planning and Administration from the University of Cincinnati. A native of Richmond, Virginia he is happy to be residing in the Shenandoah Valley along with his wife Kim, daughter Madelaine and son John.

BARBARA J. COFFIN
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Barbara Coffin has over 25 years of experience in finance management, with the last 12 years being in the non-profit sector. In addition to majoring in Accounting, Barbara obtained her Maine Insurance Adjuster’s License while serving as a Corporate Treasurer of an independent insurance adjustment firm. She is also a member of the National Association of Professional Women. Barbara moved to Virginia six years ago to get away from the harsh Maine winters. She enjoys kayaking, canoeing, and hiking and finds time to do some decorative painting. Barbara has a strong commitment to the mission of the Harrisonburg Community Health Center and working with the staff to grow and strengthen the organization.

Jaynelle L. Golladay
Operations Coordinator
Jaynelle Golladay graduated from National Business College as a Certified Medical Assistant with an Associate’s Degree. Before becoming the Operations Coordinator at Harrisonburg Community Health Center in 2008, Jaynelle worked in a family practice as a Medical Assistant. In her spare time, Jaynelle, along with her husband enjoys traveling and riding motorcycles, and loves caring for their horses and an English Boxer.

Anita Parker
Staff Accountant
Anita Parker completed her undergraduate degree from James Madison University, receiving her BBA in Accounting in 2005. Ms. Parker brings 2.5 years of experience as an auditor to her new role at Harrisonburg Community Health Center. In addition, she has worked for 1.5 years as a senior accountant and as a consultant. Anita and her husband are excited to be in the Harrisonburg area after jobs took them to the Washington, DC area for several years. Anita enjoys cooking culturally-inspired foods. She loves to swim and run and has a personal goal to compete in the Marine Corps Marathon. "I enjoy working at Harrisonburg Community Health Center because of the friendly people I work with, and because we are continually expanding and creating projects to reach out to people."

Stephanie L. Rummel
Office Manager
Stephanie Rummel brings more than four years of medical office management experience to her role as Office Manager at the Harrisonburg Community Health Center. In this role, Stephanie is in charge of the overall patient flow, and the productivity and efficiency of the front office. She is also the Compliance Officer for both HIPPA and the Community Health Center's Identity Theft Program. Her previous experience was in an office that primarily provided physical therapy services in the area. She is a 2004 graduate of James Madison University where she received her B.S. in health sciences with a concentration in health services administration and a minor in business. Stephanie enjoys spending her spare time outdoors; and with family and friends.

ASHLEY B. MCWILLIAMS
Assistant to the Executive Director
Ashley McWilliams is a graduate of the Health Services Administration program at James Madison University where she also earned minors in Business and Health Communication. She has had a wide range of experiences in the health care field in hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, insurance offices, and as a volunteer. She is proud to be a part of the Community Health Center team, where she can work to serve the health care needs of the community.
